 Need a Dentist's Help-Terminology

Hi All!
I'm an EFDA and do dental transcription on line. I now have to swallow
my pride and admit that I've just run into a total blank. I could really
use some help.

I'm transcribing a post-examination letter from a periodontist to the
G.P. He's conveying that the patient's overall periodontal condition is
good. He says "revealed primarily normal peridontolum? periodontula?"

What is the correct term?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
