 Amalgam lawsuits dismissed

As a dentist who hasn't placed an amalgam since 1985, I don't have any
vested interest, but:

New York State Supreme Court Judge William Roy dismissed two
amalgam-related lawsuites against organized dentistry on Feb. 18, 2003.

I wonder why J** didn't tell us?

Glad to hear it ....... I have a patient,,,,, sold brakes for a living ,,,,, auto supply business, someone sued him because the
brake shoes he sold (not manufactured) contained asbestos!

This just happened a few weeks ago.

It's a lot more current than your quotes of Dr. Price from the 20's.
