Ping: StovePipe re Sleep Apnea Devices

Maybe you would like to start a thread on this topic which you've
brought to our attention.  It looks like it will soon get lost under the
current subject line.

I replied to W_B's reply in the thread "The Connection between smd and
asj-d" with these two links:

  http://www.***.com/

http://www.***.com/
p_apnea_000065_9.htm

This next link may shed more light on the issue of contraindications
which is more likely to point to your original concern about sleep apnea
devices and temporomandibular joint problems.

Interesting topic, SP!

I'm rushing too much this morning.  Had to go to the airport and I'm
trying to toss this together before going offline for most of the rest
of the day ... one of those days...

Anyway, I duplicated a link and didn't put the one in that I intended:

http://ajrccm.atsjournals.org/cgi/content/full/166/3/274

The link above addresses the issue of contraindication.  Sorry for the
confusion!

I, like SP, question the potential problems with the snoring devices. Add in a
clencher, where they make cast mesh  frames to help keep the appliances from
breaking and I think you potentiate the potential for problems.
