Do crowns fall off more than fillings fall out, or do fillings fall out more
than crowns fall off?

    Seriously, each particular situation must be evaluated.  As a general rule,
the larger the filling, the greater the chance of it cracking or falling out.

How's this??????

Large fillings fail more often than large fillings with crowns placed over
them.

Crowns over "root canaled" teeth fail more frequently than crowns over
healthy teeth.

As a general statement, there are too many variables involved to make a
blanket statement that one restoration fails more often than another.
