To agree with this guy, then you would have the same mindset to agree that O.J.
was innocent because the system proved he was. The system fails at times, As in
the O.J. case and as in my daughters case, not to suggest as some of you may
want to, that I think that a double {*filter*} is anyway equal to a mishandled
dental case.
    To suggest as Steve Fawks did, that some attorneys are avoiding me or that
I am in some way , way out there.Is a lie!, this person, Dr, Fawks invented
that scenario and he presented it as fact. That was a low blow.
    My daughter was harmed and I live with that pain everyday.
     I do not insult those who disagree with me, no matter how passionate they
are about it. I do not pick fights here or anywhere else, I state the facts as
I know them. I have been met with a lot of hostility because I am speaking out
on the bad apples in dentistry and many here find that distasteful. Some tent
to use dirty tricks to misrepresent my daughter's case to others here. I will
not sit back silently and allow this. If you bother to read my past post I have
never been the one to draw first {*filter*} in these discussions. although,
 I will strike back, (play the game if you will) if someone wants to play dirty
with me. You guys set the rules ok?
If you disagree with me and do not insult me, belittle, or make up things and
present them as fact, like, Lie about or speculate wildly about my experiances
dealing with attorneys or the reason they can not go forward with this case. I
will not insult you.

This was not presented as fact.  It was presented as what would be a
normal reaction of a lawyer for a case he did not want to accept (for
whatever reason).  You, on the other hand, presented it as further proof
for your case.  It does not add support for your position.

BTW, "to suggest" might be incorrect in your case (or it may not), but
it is not "a lie".
