There is a joke in here somewhere ........ but I think I'll decline anyway
Yeah, I guess you could make a joke. I only used Poland as an example
because
when I was in school I had three such students as classmates. They had all
been
practicing dentists in Poland, but the state of Eastern european dentistry,
apparently, was not on par with Western standards and all had to go through
dental school again.
