What dust?  Who are you, and what are you doing here?  No, I do not think
you are a
benificent soul coming here to educate us and our patients.  I think you
have an axe to
grind, and you owe it to your readers to let us know what it is.
    Jan has made her position clear.  She doesn't pretend to be impartial,
and I know
exactly why she is here.  I respectfully disagree with her, but I like her
and would feel
lucky to have her as a patient.

Only problem would be the intake health history. Most of the questions would
be followed by,

"CHECK THE TEETH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" so you had better have extra space for
the longer answers.
