The two pound diet revision project resumes

Now our friend Andrew is back, did he go to help in s. asia?, we can
resume the project to reform the 2 pound diet.  As we came to realize
before the holidays, there are four flaw areas in the present form of it.
It fails to account for differences in individual needs in the areas of
energetics, health goals, nutrition goals, and exercise goals.  This means
that it is quite possible to end up gaining weight on it and/or causing
one to not meet reasonable health/nutrition goals; it doesn't address
exercise at all.  We invite all to participate, Andrew spotted some
potential reforms in the health area, which of course makes sense as he is
informed in that area.  In that and other areas there are people better
informed who can help in the diet reformation and move it from an
interesting observation into a scientifically grounded approach that can
meet individual needs.

aaahhhhh....... but Andrew is now calling it the 2lb 'approach' rather than
diet

that gets him out of any and all conversations about his 'approach' in his
mind

i hope i'm wrong....... but knowing how andie twists and misconstrues
things...... sigh...... i'm probably not wrong

let him prove me wrong now

In order to make a two pound diet, excuse me, approach, you have to restrict
the foods that are allowed.  I eat foods with high caloric density.  Two
pounds of parmesan cheese would be 3,556 calories!
