The sleep apnea (OSA) typically goes away as VAT is lost.

Thus, it remains smart to eat less, down to the right amount (32
ounces) in order to lost the VAT thereby cure the insulin resistance
(IR/MetS), cure the OSA, and possibly even the type-2 diabetes:

 Sleep Apnea and Diabetes Question
I have had it most of my {*filter*} life.  Recently, I have been on loop diuretics,
and the spouse says the sleep apnea has disappeared.  Could it be tha sleep
apnea may stem from pulmanary edema in some cases?  I breath better at night
than I have in decades.

It is when we no longer live under our parents' roof that we typically
start eating much more than we need thereby accumulating VAT much more
rapidly.

You also had been eating less because of loss of appetite.  You may
have also been making dietary changes that combined with eating less
have resulted in your being wonderfully hungrier (healthier) which
does result in loss of VAT.

It is unlikely that you have been having pulmonary edema most of your
{*filter*} life.

*Well, maybe not full blown pulmanary edema.  But I know I have been retaining
excess fluid for many years.  I was on 50 mg of HCTZ twice a day for a long
time.  The endo tried to cut it back to 50mg once a day, and my ankles
immedieately swelled.  And when they stopped it entirely after the high BUN and
Creatinine readigs, I swelled up like a ballon.

*That cannot be since I have been much thinner than I am right now.  The snoring
and other apnea symptoms have entirely disappeared since the loop diuretic
therapy.

Peripheral edema is not the same as pulmonary edema.

It remains possible.

Pulmonary edema does not cause snoring.

Not the heart of your soul.

While it is appreciated with thanks given to GOD for His putting it in
your mind to recognize and respect knowledge, there is the
understanding that the heart of your soul is still hard as stone.

Recall that Nicodemus respected Jesus and yet it is written that Jesus
told Nicodemus that he needed to be born again.  The latter does mean
that Nicodemus needed his heart of stone to be changed to a heart of
flesh.  You presently have the same need.

"I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I
will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of
flesh. Then they will follow My decrees and be careful to keep My
laws. They will be My people, and I will be their GOD." -- the LORD
(Ezekiel 11:19-20)

Amen.

Again, may GOD soften your heart, Syd, so that you would come to trust

The latter would not be clinical evidence of pulmonary edema.  A
physician needs to either listen to your lungs or look at your chest
X-ray to diagnose pulmonary edema.

Quote:
>>Pulmonary edema does not cause snoring.

>*Maybe not, but it sure affects breathing and the ability to sleep.>

Specifically, it would affect the ability to breath comfortably while
lying flat on back.

Did not know your Levite heritage so that this would not be a
reminder.

Would honor your heritage by respecting it.

Honor and respect.

Am a graft (goyim for Jesus) via the Messianic (WDJW) covenant rather
than via the Mosaic covenant.  The good (WDJW) fruit the LORD has this
new grafted branch bear are of a different variety compared to the
original branches of the 12 tribes of Israel.

There is now a much greater understanding as to why the LORD is
orchestrating our meeting like this.

Syd, can you now publicly say "Jesus is LORD" ?

Some of my best friends are goyim.  Hehehe.  Accepting Jesus as Messiah
necessarily infers you come in thru the Mosaic tradition.  It is all the same
covenant, just modified a bit.  I am sure you agree there is only one G-d.

Careful study allows the understanding that there remain different
divine covenants (promises) described within the written Word of G-
D.

Quote:
> I am sure you agree there is only one G-d.

Yes.  HE is the Author of all reality.

G-D has been and remains able to make different promises to different
people.

"For G-D so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that
whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." --

It would be that it worsens with lying down that would lead a
physician to suspect pulmonary edema before listening to the lungs and
obtaining a chest X-ray.
