 obstructive sleep apnea

It is suspected that I have obstructive sleep apnea (I will be going for
an overnight sleep study next week).  I was wondering if some of my
medical problems could be a direct result of this : elevated cholesterol
level, bradycardia (had a pacemaker implanted last summer, and excessive
fatigue with any physical activity.  This may be a rhetorical question
but wouldn't it be best to avoid any type of exercise until the problem
is resolved?

 obstructive sleep apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea may contribute to hypertension and CHF.
Certainly, excessive fatigue during the day is a symptom of it.
Bradyarrythmias during the day, I think, would be unusual as a
result, although probably common at night.  Excercise should not
be put off, since it is a key component of treatment of OSA (via
weight loss). You're sure that you don't have hypothyroidism??

No, I don't have hypothyroidism that was already checked.  As for
exercise, I'm not overweight and my concern is with regard to undue
stress on the heart.  If I do have a tracheal obstruction that is
present during the day as well as during the night (although it is
significantly worse at night)  wouldn't exercise overstress my already
stressed heart?
