I have a white hardish bump on my left {*filter*} since october...when it
first appeard it hurt, but then when it got to its 'right size' it
stopped...sometimes it would fade almost away...but then it would come
right back, i've tried popping it,but it wont go...and it hurts if i
stick something on it, like a pin...and of course hurts when i try to
pop it...

I've only had sex with two girls...both {*filter*}s...both clean...both
had tests...

I have nothing unusually around my {*filter*} area, everything is very
clean and normal...but its just this damn bump on my {*filter*} thats
worrying me...

I've never had any piercings...it seems to be right in the dead center
of my {*filter*}...maybe could it be clogged???i really have no clue, I
just hope someone responds and recommends doing something, currently
I'm in Germany and its a bit hard to go to a doctor...so i'm just
hoping its something minor, maybe i can buy something to make it go
away???

What you are describing would easily be a blocked/infected duct in a woman.
I get the feeling that you're young.  Perhaps you're getting some
prolactin-mediated secretion of {*filter*} milk as a peripubertal phenomenon.  I
don't know.

I'd suggest seeing a doctor.  Perhaps a GP, or general surgeon.  I wonder if
a {*filter*} surgeon would be any good - they're used to female {*filter*}s, though.
