Different countries have different customs about patient confidentiality.
The child's parents may have consented to having her name revealed. We have
seen a lot of postings from China that identify patients by name. As far
as the address, street names and numbers are also designated differently
in different countries. In an ancient city like Shiraz, this may be an
entirely normal kind of address.

Looks ok to me: From Iran to California and onwards.
Why would someone post a bogus message with this content, a plea for advice
on treating a child?
