Free medical multi-calcularor; the results are presented realtime and
a score is attributed to a suspected diagnosis:

e.g. Low GFR (calculated) adds a point to renal failure, high LDH adds
a point to hypothyroidism, High A-a gradient  adds a point to PE. It
also calculates anion gap, osmolar gap, delta-delta and integrates
them to the acid base analysis and differential.
