Student quest Knee Injury
To Whom It May Concern,
I am an 8th grader at Mendocino Middle school. I am doing a project on
Knee injuries and treatments. The question I am investigating is: What are
the causes and treatments of common knee injuries? If possible, I am
interested in knowing the causes of and treatments for Osteoarthritis and
Extensor Mechanism Tendonitis for example. If there are other important
types of knee injuries such as those having to do with ligaments that I
have not mentioned, I would be interested in any information concerning
these, as well as the treatments. Any new developments in treatment in
this area, and the use of weight training in rehab is also of interest to
me. I am interested in this topic because I have in the past had Extensor
Mechanism Tendonitis and have always had pain after basketball games and
such. I am also interested in Internet sites and have already gotten a lot
of info from the WWW site: http://www.***.com/
and have found information from here but would like to know more site if
you know of them. We have gopher and WWW access at our school.
Thank You,
Nat Corey-Moran
