I read Steere's article, and found it scholarly and consistent with my
own experience. His is only the most recent of several papers which
have come to the conclusion that most "chronic Lyme disease" is really
fibromyalgia, by the way. Sigal's paper documenting his similar
experience with children comes to mind. I've never understood why
"chronic Lyme" activists don't embrace the idea that they might have
something else which is more easily treatable. Instead of tilting at
windmills, why not see a fibromyalgia expert? The bottom line is that
it might make you feel a whole lot better. No email, please.
