On Friday, July 14, from 8:00am - 5:00pm, the San Diego CARE Coalition will
be sponsoring an HIV multicultural conference at the Holiday Inn South Bay,
700 National City Boulevard, National City, CA.  The conference will
specifically address the issues of cultural competence, funding strategies for
groups that are often left out of the funding pools, and other related topics.
It is an experiential, hands-on event which is being supported by various
local private and public health service organizations and agencies.  The
conference is free to all participants, and CEU's are available for a
charge of $15.00.
