1. "Clinically evaluate" is a fancy equivalent of "taking a close look at".
2. This may be a bit difficult for laymen to understand. (My excuses if you
are offended by the term 'laymen'.) An "organic disease" is *not* a disease
involving an organ of the human body. An "organic disease" is something that
results from or at least result in anatomic changes. When a doctor says you do
not have an "organic disease", he or she means you either have a "functional
disease", you could have an organic disease but he or she has failed to find
it, or you are truly disease-free. A functional diasease, in turn, means there
is no noticeable problem at the gross anatomic level, but only at the
physiologic or biochemical level.
