Nosebleeds?

 Nosebleeds?

My fiancee has recently been having frequent nosebleeds, and I'm
wondering what could be some of the causes of this?  I would
specifically be interested in hearing about possible nutritional causes
of nosebleeds, since I don't think she gets enough of certain vitamins
and minerals.  I would appreciate it if any suggestions could be
e-mailed to me directly.  Thanks.

A lack of vitamin K in your system will do such things.  Is it usually in
the morning, or when her body temperature rises?  Possibly feeling really
hot, and maybe sweating?  Usually dried appricotts are a good source of
the necessary vitamins for something like that.
