basal cerebral haemangioma / radiation ther.

Hi !
I am tracking a 33y old male patient who suffers from a haemangioma
close
to the brain stem which has already bled on at least one occasion in
Nov.94
resulting in a temporary loss of conciousness from which the patient
recovered within a week. Because of the tumors location removal is not
possible, an attempt to embolize it has proven unsuccessfull.
Now his doctors are planning to send him to a specialist in the U.S. to
undergo radiotherapy.
Does anyone have any experience in that field or can provide numbers on
it ?

Thanks,

MP
