Hi, my name is Andy Duker, and I am conducting a research project on
the web for my senior thesis.  The study involves public perceptions
of health care workers, specifically primary care physicians.  
Participants read a short scenario, then answer a few questions about
it.  The experiment would take no longer than 15 minutes at most.
