It is a support that wraps around your forearm, about an inch below
the elbow joint. It takes some of the pressure off the extensor tendon
as it inserts onto the elbow at the lateral epicondyle. You may
purchase one at any medical supply house, orthopaedic pharmacy or
chiropractic office.  Cost should be about $8-10.
