 Body Temperature

Hi All,

Can anyone help me find a reference or document that shows the "normal" body
temrperature?

I have been reading that axillary temperatures below 97.0 in the AM are an
indication of a health problem, decreased metabolic function due to inadequate
temperature.  Sort of the opposite of having a fever.

I would like to learn more but cannot find anything on body temperature
patterns
especially axillary temperatures.

Thanks for your help,

Joe

I've heard the same thing. I don't know if it's true or not. I know that I
probably run about 97.8 most of the time. One degree below normal. I'm
hypothyroid and take thyroid supplements. When I'm taking normal to high
thyroid doses then when I wake up in the morning I literally heat up.
If I don't throw of the covers I'll sweat. Without thyroid I don't heat upa
and I don't want to get out of bed at all.
