 Nose Bleed

It happened to me for about 10 times for the last 3 weeks on the same
right side. Went to see an ENT & he put a light scope inside my nose to
check for some growth but found nothing. But the nose still continue to
bleed for the last 3 days whenever I wash my face; even though I didn't
rub my nose at all. Pls help !!

Your ENT doctor should be able to cauterize it for you.

Could it be from dry air, due to the heat being on in cold weather? I have
that problem quite a bit. I recently got a humidifier for my bedroom, and
have been amazed at how much better I feel in the morning -- especially my
nose!

Spontaneous nosebleed can be a sign of malnutrition.    Are you by any
chance underweight?   Or eating a very poor diet?

Eating an inadequate diet can be one cause but malnutrition can be caused
by a number of gastrointestinal problems (celiac disease) etc.  even when
eating what SHOULD be a fully adequate diet.

(When I was in OCS they systematically starved us for 3 months.   At one
point we were getting 13 men (out of 40) with spontaneous nosebleeds each
day.)
