Hi - About 4 weeks ago I did quite a bit of weeding in my garden.
The next day I had sore elbows and muscles in my arms.  It is now
4 weeks since, and I can barely lift things with either arm.  They
are very sore - even while sleeping they ache.  Any ideas on what this
might be and how it might be best treated?  Any thoughts/insights
apreciated....  Thanks.
