Experiences with CPAP for sleep apnea?
If you have any experience with CPAP for relieving sleep
apnea, I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences. In
particular, I'd like to learn if there are different
brands of equipment and if they have pros and cons.
I will summarize and post to the net if there are
informative responses.
(CPAP stands for Constant Positive Airway Pressure. It is
a way to treat obstructive sleep apnea. A mask is
worn over the nose and mouth during sleep in which a slight
air pressure is maintained. The pressure keeps the airway
from collapsing, preventing sleep apneas.)
