Cylert produces the king-devil-grand-pooba of sleep problems,
compared to ritalin or anything else I've ever heard of.   Ritalin
is all gone in about 4 hours.  With Cylert, you're still wigging out
on "I'm going to go nuts if I can't get some sleep tonight either"
style insomnia 20 hrs later.    If you take it in the morning it
is still going strong that night as you toss and turn, which is
bad, imo.   The liver thing is rather bad as well.   The mood swings
and insomnia induced OCD thing are bad as well.

How does dexedrine compare with ritalin?  What are the ritalin
side effects that dexderine lacks?  My opinion on ritalin is that it
is relatively free of side effects.

Somebody said r and d are active by different mechanisms.
I thought the {*filter*} were more or less similar.  How do they differ?
Perhaps it is worth it to try the other.

From what I've read, both act in the same manner, stimulant the
"leakage" of dopamine from neuron endings, stimulates post-synaptic
receptors and compete with dopamine for MAO. The one difference is that
Ritalin tends to cause the leakage of dopamine that has been stored by
the neuron, while amphetamine tends to cause leakage of newly synthsized
dopamine.
