I had a number of middle-age related health problems over four years
ago and managed to solve all of them by myself without the help of any
practitioners. The natural solutions (diet, exercise, sunshine, clear
air and water, and so on) I used then and continue to use today are
explained in detail at my website if you have any interest in looking
at an approach even more radical and non-traditional that herbalism.
The information is free for the taking and the techniques work for
just about everyone I know who has decided to practice them.
