Is there a conference that debates the pros and cons of PPO's, HMO's ,etc. ??

I am Canadian and have been reading about these different systems and want to
know how they might effect the manner in which health care will be delivered to
myself and family.

If someone would direct me to info on the above it would be much appreciated.
