 Perivascular Lymphohistiocytic Chronic Dermatitis

I have just been diagnosed with a very rare skin disease for which there seems to be no known cure.  According to my dermatologist, it's called Perivascular Lymphohistiocytic Chronic Dermatitis.  I have a large number of spotty blemishes on my back and buttocks and sections of my arms.

Over 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis by another dermatologist.  Two years ago I was told by my GP that I had a condition known as Ichthiosis ("dinosaur skin").  As a young child I suffered from excema and skin rashes.

Any suggestions where I can obtain more detailed info about my present condition?  My dermatologist tells me he knows very little about it and cannot help me.  He referred me to UCLA or UCI (University of California, Irvine).  Well, at least I have a name for what I've got.
