Possible, but you likely just have regular migraines.

The x-ray gun shoots into your head from various angles and the
computer then reconstructs an image of the contents from the
x-rays received on the other side of your head.

You will likely get an intravenous injection of dye to try to
light up any hemangiomas that you have inside the skull. You
then just lie still and the machine does the rest. No problem
unless you happen to be allergic to the dye, which is rare.
