I am editor of a practice management magazine for physicians and am
compiling a Q&A section in which we pose a question to a large number of
people and publish their responses.

I'd be interested in hearing from physicians about this question: Should
nicotine in cigarettes be considered a drug and fall under regulation by
the cooking.net">food and Drug Administration?
