Has anyone ever seen a double blind study of the treatment of
chronic unexplained sinus congestion with anti-fungal medicines?  
If I wanted to do a computer search on this, what software would
I need, how would I go about it and how much would it cost?

I would think that one of the companies that have a patented
anti-fungal would do such research.  If a company had done the
research and found that their product was ineffective, is it
likely that they would not publish the research because MDs would
stop prescribing it?
