Does anyone know what Diosgenin is? I have it as a supplement
by DASH Products, Inc. Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. They recommend
one or two pills daily. Each pill has 20mg of Diosgenin derived
from natural source, in a base of African Yam. (As read from
the Label). What is know about compound?
