 Drug storage in Laboratory Refrigerator

Is it allowable by OSHA to store patient {*filter*} in a refrigerator that
stores bio-hazardous materials such as {*filter*} and urine?
My guess would be no, but I have been told differently.
Can someone back up either answer with some reference.

Thanks

John
