 Help: Severe ovarian carcinoma case

My wife, aged 53 years, had radical hysterectomy & bilateral
oophorectomy 3 1/2 years ago supplemented by chemotherapy twice
with platinum products and the third time with Taxol
(Paclitexol).  There was only short remission after platinum but
none after Taxol.

She first developed ascites about 2 years ago and was undergoing
paracentesis every two months to begin with, but now almost every
two weeks.  The need for repeated paracenteses has made life very
distressing for her.  Her other body functions including appetite
and bowel movements are reasonable.  At the moment she is on
Decadron 500mg and Tamoxifen 40mg daily.

Can anything be done to alleviate her distress in terms of quick
accumulation of fluid (chylous in nature) in her peritineum, let
alone any further chemotherapy which can be worthwhile?

I will be grateful for any suggestions.
