Thank you to the person who recommended taking magnesium for skipped
heart beats (premature ventricular contractions)! I've been taking 500
mg. a day for about 2 weeks, and the PVCs have stopped entirely. I have
my peace of mind again, too! Now, why didn't my doctor tell me to take
magnesium?!

Your doctor didn't tell you because there is no direct evidence that you are
sufferning from heart arrythmia due to a magnesium defieciency....remember
that for many people a placebo works.... and how do you really know that the
mg really worked worked??????.
