I need a citation, and/or some details.  My 3-year-old
bruises easily.  No clotting troubles, no problems
evident.  Her pediatrician says some kids just bruise
more easily -- something about {*filter*} vessels diffusing
more, or some such, but he doesn't recall where he read
about it.  Does anyone know what he's referring to?
