Good and interesting post.  However, are we saying that chemotherapy combined
with surgery should be standard for 3a patients.  I understood that was already
the standard of care.  Are you (or the study authors) suggesting chemo for
stage 1 patients whose tumors are at least ostensibly removed in full.
