Info wanted on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

I have a friend who has been diagnosed with TOS and is undergoing
therapy for this.  However, it looks like therapy will not
cause remission and she may have to undergo surgery.

Does anyone know:
1. what surgical options are available?
2. What medical centers specialize in such surgeries?
3. What is the success rate of said operations?

thanks,

This is a rare syndrome that is overdiagnosed.  My advice is
to make sure she has been diagnosed by a neurologist and
electrodiagnostic studies have confirmed the diagnosis.
If she was misdiagnosed, it is quite likely the surgery will
fail to help.
