
Calcium deposit questions

"Calcium deposits" are usually caused by chronic inflammation in joints,
tendons, or ligaments. They are not diet related. They are the result
rather than the cause of the pain. They don't usually go away but if
the underlying inflammatory condition can be eliminated or treated
successfully with anti-inflammatory medications they may stop getting
bigger or at least do so more slowly.
