Need medical expert to review chart and "evidance" /testify. Surgical
ortho case, post op infection(E.coli), mismanagement of antibiotics(on and
off office samples, no full course) more surgery, now disabled. Paperwork
in hand shows discrepancies. Dr office followup visits falsely documented,
etc...
