I am looking for any online source of the
 International Classification of Disease Codes ICD-9
 Common Procedure Coding System  HCPCS
 Health Care Finance Administration  HCFA
 National Drug Codes  NDC
 Revenue Codes (used by Hospitals)

Does anyone know of a source to any of these on the WEB, via gopher, some
publicly accessible database?
Seems like they should be in existence already. Are they?
Any reference greatly appreciated. Please send me email as I might miss
it if it is only posted to this newsgroup. I will repost to newsgroup
if permissible. Thanks.
