Mailing List Pointer
This Pointer will help you find mailing lists that are available on the
Internet. It is provided as a public service.
Instructions on how to subscribe to a mailing list:
1. Send all commands to the list's SUBSCRIPTION ADDRESS Only!
2. Send a one-line Email message to the SUBSCRIPTION ADDRESS:
help
3. This will give you instructions on how to subscribe.
Subscription instructions vary from list to list.
However, most automated servers understand the following
one-line email message to the SUBSCRIPTION ADDRESS:
subscribe NAME-OF-LIST Your_Name
Format of this pointer:
* Mailing lists are listed in alphabetical order.
* Mailing list names appear in parenthesis, when the name is
not the same as the description or when no mailing-list
address is provided.
* Subscription address (Subscr:) is provided after the
mailing-list address, if provided. Always send all
subscription request to the "Subscr:" address.
