 cystic fibrosis- lung bleeding

I am looking for input for a problem with lung bleeding from an isolated
area
from cystic fibrosis. I've had several embolizations with limited success
as the area was not completely sealed. After 25 years of vit k. and bed
rest till I clot,
I am looking for alternatives.

Thanking you in advance!!!!!!

You might want to speak with your doctor bout some anti-cuagulant drug or
something.. i know nothing of cystic fibrosis or what it does.. but i know
bleeding is good for you in moderation.. just not into your lungs...

First of all, Talk to your doctor. If you do not Already have a cf
specialist, I can suggest a few, depending on your location. Second, if
the bleeding continues for an unreasonable amount of time (especially
without coughing) you should contact your specialist, doctor, and/or, if
necesscary, the local hospital. Bleeding in the lungs, in any situation,
means that something is wrong; while rest and vit. k will help, you
should also be on other medications along with the vitamins. If you have
any other problems, i.e. fever, excessively thick sputum, etc., along
with the bleeding, again, call your doctor.

P.S. I do not use these terms ("excessively thick," etc.) loosely; I have
a neice and a good friend with cf. My neice currently has pneumonia, and
me friend is recovering from the same. I also lost a very good friend to
a similiar condition three years ago, and it still hurts... I do not
throw my words like rocks, please heed them.
