Are there any texts that are good references for making a diff. diag?

Camden, there are a few texts in medicine that try to do this based
off of symptoms, but I'd consider them only as rough guides.  Part of
the skill in diagnosis is proper framing of the symptoms in a
systematic sense.  I don't think many of the books accomplish this.
