We recently play tested a number of different companies.  Try Raintree,
my personal favorite, Lytec, or Medsoft.  Raintree was most
comprehensive.  Lytec has a windows version, and allows cross-post to MS
access, and quicken.  Medsoft has a unique step up program, simple
software and cheap for office set-up and the ability to expand to more
comprehensive programs, if you are interested I would be happy to send
