 Nerve and tendon problems

I was jsut woundering if anyone here could help me out. I  had an MRI
done to see if I had a lipoma on my (R) ankel. I have had one removed
three differant times befor. I did find out however, that there was no
lipoma(good news) but I have scare tissue built up on the nerve which is
causing it (the nerve) to swell. I also have a tear in the tendon, which
if I wear dress shoes of go bearfoot causes my arch to fall and my akel
to turn inward. My ankel turns inward some just when I'm standing and
wearing shoes with orthos. in them. I am currently waiting to see an
Ortopidic Doc. and may have to have surgery. My Big question is can I
still do Arobics or is it going to cause more damage. I am slightly over
weight and trying to exersise to lose the weight.  I do have some pain
in the ankel when I do the Arobics.
If anyone can help me please do so.

Some of the finest physicians I know practice in the VA system. I would
strongly encourage your friend to continue his care within the VA. If he
wants another opinion, that option is certainly available. How was this
diagnosis made? Does he have extrapulmonary manifestations of amyloidosis?

Yeah, but the finest nurses and support staff you know don't.  And the
infrastructure often sucks.
