However, there IS a way to get references copied for you.
If you use "Paper Chase", you can request a photocopy of
an article you found in your search for $10 per article.

The easiest way for any arbitrary person to access Paper Chase is to
get an account on Compuserve, and "go pch".  You can get a Compuserve
starter kit at most Radio Shacks and software stores.  Compuserve itself
can be accessed thru the Internet via a X.25 gateway at hermes.merit.edu
(if you don't want to call them using a modem.)  Just telnet to
hermes.merit.edu and type "COMPUSERVE" to the "Which host?" prompt.

Don't be ridiculous.  There'll be typos!  The only thing that makes sense
is if you demand that one of the MD's who posts here run over to his
library and type it in for you.  Doctors are much better typists; I
thought everybody knew that!  Besides, if They make a typo you can sue
them for mal-typing.
